Installation in wool

The Campaign for Wool is an international event that celebrates the unique, creative and sustainable benefits of wool. For the first French edition, we were invited to design a temporary garden for two sites in Paris: Place Maurice Barrès and Berges de Seine. Inspired by the seasonal herding of sheep, the garden evokes the landscapes of summer pastures. Composed of straw bales, insulation wool, raw wool and ornamental grasses, the garden creates a route for people to discover the many qualities of this natural fiber. After the event, all materials were recycled through donations to local non-profits and community gardens.
